I am a repeat customer (2nd new car) because this dealership is professional, friendly and extremely easy to work with. My first purchase at Honda was in 2011 and I bought a CRV-LX. The salesman, Kim dealership is professional, friendly and extremely easy to work with. My first purchase at Honda was in 2011 and I bought a CRV-LX. The salesman, Kim Hadden, was extremely friendly, knowledgable and really listened to what I was looking for and matched me up with that car. Over the past couple of years I had questions on certain things and he was always very happy to help. When I was looking at new cars (as my lease was ending), I would not have considered going anywhere by to Kim at Paul Miller. This dealer (and dealership) came through once again and I've just purchased a 2014 CRV-EX-L. They gave me a fair price and had this car ready for me so quickly (about 1 hour! Incredible!). Everyone there works together as an extremely polished and competent team. I would recommend Kim and his team to anyone looking to purchase a Honda! More

Lou and Isabel are why I have given great ratings. I had purchased another car from Lou. He is a very intuitive salesperson. There is only concern there. Smooth ride, very comfortable for my body size and I absolutely love the 5speed stick shift. I wasn't sure I wanted another standard shift-I had been driving stick shifts my whole driving career. But, Lou said 'no this is the car for you' and it definitely is. Isabel is also a sweetie. The bank turned me down because I had no credit pay off history but Isabel said my great credit rating would be welcomed by Honda financing and it was. I appreciated her kindness. I have been looking to return my leased Honda and get a new one for months, and all dealerships would either lie and ask for large down payments or decline due to my new therefore low credit score. When I found Paul Miller Honda on Google I decided to give it a try, since I have never been there before. I met Jose Velasquez and he was very friendly and I felt like he was a friend I have known for years. He asked me what I was looking for and then showed me some vehicles that I loved and I also had the chance to test drive them. When we went back inside I told him about my low credit score and since I didn't have a co-signer he gave me advise on how I could improve my credit and get the car I wanted without paying out of my range, and also told me that I should wait a few more months so my lease would be closer to ending. I did just that, and a few months later I couldn't go anywhere else but Paul Miller Honda, because of the amazing impression they all left on me. Jose greeted me with a friendly smile and we proceeded to find that perfect car I wanted since our first meeting. I left that day with the Honda Accord that has all the features that I have asked for on our first visit, and more. He took his time to show me how everything worked on the new vehicle, and explained everything to me. What I loved the most about Paul Miller Honda was that they were never pushy or asked for anything that I didn't have or couldn't afford. During that time, Alejandro stayed in touch with me via e-mail, answering all of my endless questions and inquiries, patiently and with a great deal of knowledge. I found him to be very informative, kind and he had the ability to calm the anxiety that comes with the purchase of a new car. When I finally made my final decision (and I might add there was no pressuring from Alejandro), I came to the dealer for a test drive. It was a Saturday and extremely hectic and choatic at the dealer. Despite all of this, I felt at all times that Alexjandro was focused on me and making my experience a good one. I drove away a happy camper with my shiny new Civic. I will not hesitate to recommend Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell, and, in particular, Alejandro Estremera Jr. He certainly afforded me the time and space to make a rational decision on my own. I was recently searching for a new car and was trying to decide whether to get a Honda or another car. I decided to go to this dealership first and was not looking forward to telling the salesperson that I decide whether to get a Honda or another car. When the time came though, it made this dealership really shine. Jose was understanding and provided a few facts about both the car I was looking at, as well as the car I was going to drive later. Not a high pressure sales pitch, rather it was the same kind of conversation you would have with a relative helping you choose cars. I left that day without buying the car or even putting down a deposit, yet never received any of the typical pressure. I then went to another dealer to drive the other car. Dealing with both dealerships in one day made the difference extremely obvious. The other dealership not only pulled the typical "we don't have the car here right now" maneuver, but it turns out when I looked at the CarFax report, the car wasn't even a 6 cylinder, but a 4 cylinder. The other dealership was the typical shady car dealership that people have come to expect. After dealing with that, it made the decision to go back to Paul Miller Honda very easy. The entire process here was very straight forward and at no point did I ever feel that I was being deceived. Everything was explained without being pushed on me. I'll definitely be going back there for any future needs. More

First off, I am the type of person that likes to do extensive amounts of research about cars and the dealership before I even place foot into the place. The reviews I read online about Paul Miller Honda were great but more than that the recommendation by word of mouth is what brought me in. My parents even wanted to come with me to say hi to Isabel, thats how well they were treated! When I called the dealership, I found out Isabel was no longer in that department but she recommended Alejandro and said that he would take care of me, which he did exceptionally well! I came in there knowing what I wanted and my budget and he did everything he could to ensure that I got what I wanted. He listened to everything that I said I wanted and made sure he delivered and I could tell that he really cared about treating me right. My interaction with Alejandro started before I even stepped foot in the dealership as we communicated through the phone. He really was great, very professional, friendly, attentive, and accomodating. He turned what normally can be an exhausting frustrating experience, into an experience that was stress free and easy! You would think that after I purchased the car that would be it right? Nope, I got a call from Alejandro two days later making sure that everything was alright. I now know first hand the reason you guys were recommended! I was able to identified a sales person named Louis Gentile in the dealership. I never dealt with any of the Paul Miller dealerships, but I heard that the previous Honda dealer, Honda of Essex, did not have favorable reviews. After reviewing its website of used cars, I called Louis to introduced myself and what I was seeking. We made an appointment for that night and identified a used 2008 Civic. Subsequently, I purchased this cae. Having Louis as my salesperson was great, no-pressure and very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone seeking to purchase a Honda (new or used) to try giving Louis a call first. More
