Everytime I was asked if "the numbers" sounded "ok" I responded with, "You're not going to get an argument from me!". When walking into any dealership I'm always prepared for the worst. The sales personnel at Paul Miller Honda have restored my faith in the car buying/leasing experience. I also noticed, during my time in the showroom, my experience with Dennis and Melvin were not the exception but the rule. The culture at Paul Miller Honda seems to be one of true customer satisfaction. My family and I could not get over the fact that we felt better on the way out than we did on the way in. Creiss Whitfield from Paul MIller Honda was the first person to respond (as he did on subsequent emails as well). I found his answers to be the most thorough, professional and straight-forward. Plus, his pricing was competitive with the other dealers. His responses helped establish trust between us, which carried forward to when we met. I found Creiss to be personable, attentive to my needs, reliable and very customer-focused. The entire transaction went very smoothly and I recommend Creiss to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Without a doubt, I would recommend this dealership. We leased our car from them and have been thrilled with the service from day one. I was in an accident and had my car serviced by a collision shop that leased our car from them and have been thrilled with the service from day one. I was in an accident and had my car serviced by a collision shop that the insurance company recommended. To my dismay, the car was not repaired correctly by the original collision shop.We took the car to the Honda dealer to review and inspect the repairs and they found that the car was dangerous to drive. Scott Gordon coordinated with our insurance company and within a week the car was repaired. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and this dealership. I received great service and the people that work there make the difference. The Service Manager Scott Gordon made me feel like a VIP. They have a great refurbished waiting area with Wi-Fi, and free bagel make the difference. The Service Manager Scott Gordon made me feel like a VIP. I recently took my 2006 Honda Pilot in to Paul Miller Honda for some much needed service. My wife drives the Pilot it has 115,000 miles and we both love it. I new the Pilot needed struts, oil change, rea Honda for some much needed service. My wife drives the Pilot it has 115,000 miles and we both love it. I new the Pilot needed struts, oil change, rear def. fluid change, brake fluid flush and power steering fluid change. When setting up my appointment I had asked for a "courtesy car" while the repairs were completed on my Pilot. The following evening I meet Scott Gordon, he was polite and knowledgable, he took my vehicle info and got me into my courtesy car quickly (2013 Pilot ver nice)! The speedy process was very appreciated. Scott contacted me the next day to let me know that front link stabilizer was cracked and needed to be addressed. I wasn't to surprised, and glad the mechanic did a thorough inspection. Due to the holiday it took an extra to get the parts to complete the fix. Which did bother my wife, because she had the courtesy car to drive. Scott notified me when repair were complete. I wife was happy see that her Pilot had been freshly washed prior to her arrival. We will use their service again. More
