Creiss Whitfield was exceptional in every way. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he seemed to take much pride in his work. We went into dealership & met Dan. We explained that we were not going to buy a car that day, we were just getting information. He took us for a test drive & explained all of the standard equipment and options in the test vehicle, it was what we were looking for. Dan was not pushy nor was he aggressive into telling us to buy the car. We were really taken by Dan's honesty and courtesy. A few days later we stopped in to see Dan , we had a few questions, Dan answered honestly without hesitation. We put a deposit down that day. When we picked up the car Dan again was very helpful & made purchasing the CR-V a pleasant experience.
