Dan took over for Mario who had started the sale. Both of these salesmen were very helpful and the sale was completed without any problems . Everything that was quoted at the beginning of the sale held true these salesmen were very helpful and the sale was completed without any problems . Creiss worked with me on the purchase of a new Accord EXL coupe. His product knowledge is thorough and his professionalism was truly remarkable. I came to this dealership looking for a lease on a 2013 Honda Accord. Two years ago we purchased a 2008 Honda Accord LX from here and that was the easiest car deal I have ever experienced. My lease was up Honda Accord. Two years ago we purchased a 2008 Honda Accord LX from here and that was the easiest car deal I have ever experienced. My lease was up on my 2010 Nissan Altima so I decided to come back here to check out the all new accord. Jose gave me a good deal on my 2008 so of course he was the person I looked for. He is straight forward and very easy to deal with. He doesn't put pressure on you to take the car home the same day like most salesmen. We got to the dealership kind of late but Jose found time to let us test drive the honda accord sport. It was pass closing time so we wanted to come back the next day to test the EX sedan and coupe. Jose agreed to come in the next day which was his day off so we could continue test driving. The next day my girlfriend fell in love with the EX coupe. I want to say we then sat down to negotiate the lease price but that didn't happen. We simply told them what we wanted to pay and they accepted. Done deal. They also made the last two payments on our old lease without a problem. The only issue I have with Honda is they have yet to integrate a remote starter into the factory transmitter. So we have to actually carry 2 remotes to have remote start on the new accords. Other than that its great car and we're happy with it. More

Just leased a 2013 Honda CR-V ... we weren't sure if we were going to purchase or lease. The dealership gave me a reasonable amount for my 2010 CRV. Their internet quote was lower than other internet quotes received and MOST IMPORTANTLY ... Jose did not harass us with a million calls like other dealerships did. This is my 5th Honda but first time purchasing it at Paul Miller. So glad came here. Jose was friendly, professional and personable. Provided us with all information we asked for and worked with us to figure out what was the best way to go for us. The excellent service did not stop with Jose. In fact, it continued with Rick as well when it came to our paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely speak to Jose. More

Mark was extremely helpful in arranging for the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey minivan. He was direct and efficient in negotiating the price for both our trade-in and our new vehicle. He spent time to explain to my wife, who is the primary driver of the vehicle, all of the features and functions. He worked diligently to obtain my wife's first choice color. Though he was not able to find the 1st choice color vehicle in time for the purchase, he kept us informed about the status and was able to quickly obtain the 2nd choice color vehicle. During the final purchase, Mark was extremely helpful and patient with us and was the primary reason that we purchased our new Honda from Paul Miller Honda. More

I was very pleased with the overall purchase experience of my 2013 CRV. Jose Velasquez was the salesperson I worked with and found him to be very courteous with a great attitude. They did not have the colo of my 2013 CRV. Jose Velasquez was the salesperson I worked with and found him to be very courteous with a great attitude. They did not have the color specific car I was looking for on the lot but located it and within two days they had it delivered to their lot. In the meantime Jose took me for a test drive in the same model CRV (with navigation) so he could demostrate all the options. He was very knowledgeable of the details and thorough in his explanations. When it came time to close the purchase it was exactly what we had discussed. Every step was explained plain and simple. A special mention for Rick Kara/ Finance Manager. He worked hard to get me a great finance rate and at closing all was explained to my satisfaction. I have bought/ leased cars at different dealers in the past and it was not a pleasant experience. At Paul Miller I was treated with respect by all and they showed appreciation for getting my business. I would definitely recommend Paul Miller Honda and especially Jose Velasquez. More
