More service department should realize that vehicle maintenance is an ongoing process and there is a cost associated with it so being treated with respect and courtesy for the time spent with such business should be done with a smile and understand that the customer is there because the have an interest in your business and has given you the opportunity to service then if expectation is not met I can take my business elsewhere More

Planet Honda was nothing more than a rip off and night mare, Paul Miller was great other than I wish they had more incentives with the car I purchased, Free oil changes or something of the matter would have been helpful. Looks like Firestone is in for that one. More
Stay away from this dealership . They will waste your time and play games. They are also notorious for adding in BS fees. To be specific, the CERTIFICATION FEE is a made up fee they . If you go to any other dealership, you won't see that fee. But they are dishonest, so it's no surprise. They'll try to be subtle when selling you a car to get more money out of you...like adding another year or two of payments. Also, don't expect them to greet you when you visit (you know, like most other dealerships do) apparently you have to "sign in" with a lady there (no, it doesn't say this anywhere...but you should know apparently). The staff is highly disorganized and incompetent. The "internet manager" is a joke as well. He says to come in, but can't acknowledge anything?! What's the point...time is valuable for most people. They will try to hound you, but you have to jump through hoops and sign in and wait for someone to "see you". YEAH OKAY! Route 23 Honda is a lot better. They don't make you sign in, they aren't disorganized..oh and they greet their customers. So in short, avoid this dealership. More

I submitted an online inquiry and received the requested information from Cindy in BDC almost Had an exceptional experience here at Paul Miller Honda! I submitted an online inquiry and received the requested information from Cindy in BDC almost immediately. Once my initial questions were answered, Cindy connected me to the internet sales manager (George) who worked out a deal. I still owed money on my car and had budget constraints, so I knew it wouldn’t be easy - but George was able to put together a fantastic deal on a 2018 Civic EX-T. George and his BDC team were transparent and helpful every step of the way. Once at the dealership, I was assisted by Simon from the sales team. Simon was both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda lineup. After test driving the Civic, he introduced me to his finance manager (Victor) and the sales manager (Flavia). Much like Simon, Victor and Flavia exhibited high levels of professionalism. Within a short time, I was approved by Honda financial for the deal. The delivery was seamless and before I left, Simon made sure to show me the features on my new car and answer any remaining questions. The managers involved came out to congratulate me and I was on my way! I would without a doubt recommend Paul Miller Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Every employee along the way was helpful and took the time to make sure my vehicle needs were met. A major THANK YOU to George, Cindy, Simon, Flavia, and Victor! Absolutely loving my new Civic. :) More
