Came to inquire about a CR-V, options, colors, etc. Roman Fuchs approached us on the way to the lot even though we were not ready to talk face to face with anybody knowing from previous experiences that it is easy to step into the dealership and difficult to get out. Roman went very quickly through all options and in less than 5 minutes he knew what we wanted and showed us what is available. We went inside and the final price negotiation was not unpleasant at all. Car delivery again perfect - car prepped on time, Roman went over with us through all features and on top of that he told us to call him for any questions. Well, this is how to get customer loyalty. In general looking through the dealership I could see good work ethic and professionalism. Congrats Paul Miller! More

They gave me wrong purchase order twice that made financing much more complicated than it was supposed to be. When I finally went to pick up the car (I called them before I drove to the dealership) with my pregnant wife, I was told that they can’t deliver the car since I don’t have appointment. This is hands down my worst car buying experience, the hassle that they entail isn’t worth couple of hundred dollars elsewhere if they do offer you a deal that’s actually few dollars better. More
