Service I did not need. How can I trust your word. The staff is friendly and efficient BUT: I was told I needed breaks and they were so worn I should have them changed in the next few days. I went to a local mechanic and was told they were between 50 and 60% worn and in good conscience he couldn't replace them at this time. Under Warranty you also changed my entertainment center because my USB port was not working. The fix did not work. But I did not follow up as it was not worth leaving my car for another 2 days. More

I decided to go to Paul Miller Honda based on their inventory for the vehicle I wanted. David greeted me immediately and offered assistance. He never made me feel like he was pushy and took time to go over the numbers I had in mind and didn't try haggling for every last penny like in most dealerships. In the end the offer I made was accepted without the annoying back and forth which I experienced in DCH Honda in Paramus. David did all the little detailed things that make you feel like a VIP customer and by the time I left I felt like he was a friend for years. Isabel who managed the finance portion of the purchase was equally as amazing and I've never felt more comfortable during this process than with her. She didn't push the services but rather she explained them and their benefits but respected my decisions without attitude or making me feel bad like I have experienced in other places. Again I felt like I've known her for years. I really can't think of another car purchase experience that has been even close to comparing to this one. More
