David Garcia was excellent and made me feel confident about my purchase and was an all around good guy - he knows his stuff and can empathize with you. He seems to be a straight shooter. On a personal minor note...we were there for a very long time and no free beverages except coffee ( a minor note;) Hopefully their follow up/through will be handled as well and professional as the car buying process was. They all made it a great, headache free experience and I am happy and confident that I chose the best dealership in the area. Worst experience ever with a dealership. Had the instrument cluster lens replaced that was scratched from their prep when I took delivery. They ended up damaging the dash during the installation. If I didn't notice and pointed it out to them I would have been SOL. So far I've been very disappointed from their sales to service. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Do yourself a favor and stay away from anything Paul Miller, my experience with their BMW branch a few years back was just as bad. More
