The overall deal with the sales rep was excellent until the manager Matt O'Donnell barges in and attack us for something they were at fault for in terms of miscommunication of the final deal which was previously negotiated. They are salesman of course but really bring a human aspect to it and do a good job of answering questions. Might be a great place to go if you never purchased a car. David Garcia was excellent and made me feel confident about my purchase and was an all around good guy - he knows his stuff and can empathize with you. He seems to be a straight shooter. On a personal minor note...we were there for a very long time and no free beverages except coffee ( a minor note;) Hopefully their follow up/through will be handled as well and professional as the car buying process was. They all made it a great, headache free experience and I am happy and confident that I chose the best dealership in the area. When you call, ask for David Garcia - he returns calls and is extremely patient, helpful and a xxxx good guy. More
Worst experience ever with a dealership. Had the instrument cluster lens replaced that was scratched from their prep when I took delivery. They ended up damaging the dash during the installation. If I didn't notice and pointed it out to them I would have been SOL. So far I've been very disappointed from their sales to service. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Do yourself a favor and stay away from anything Paul Miller, my experience with their BMW branch a few years back was just as bad. More
