Scammed out of Warranty I take my car in via tow truck after it breaks down on rt 80. Cylinder #2 was misfiring. They are trying to weasel out of my Warranty and claim "an ou I take my car in via tow truck after it breaks down on rt 80. Cylinder #2 was misfiring. They are trying to weasel out of my Warranty and claim "an outside shop put new spark plugs in and this voids your warranty". I've never taken this car for new spark plugs and they don't install themselves. The service manager avoided my calls and was very aggressive and dismissive over the phone. To add to that this "dealership's" technicians smoked cigarettes in my car sometime during the repair. I've called corporate and have a case but hopefully they're not one-star liars like this dealership. More

Outstanding and Stress Free Purchase I have leased 2 cars for myself and my daughter has leased 2 others from Jose. We always know that when its time to renew our leases he is always very I have leased 2 cars for myself and my daughter has leased 2 others from Jose. We always know that when its time to renew our leases he is always very patient and understanding of our needs. My daughter is on a limited budget and because of it cannot put too much money down. He somehow manages to get us into the right car at a price that is reasonable to our pocketbooks. He also takes his time and never pressures us like other pushy car salesmen. It seems that his favorite quote is, " . . . I don't want your money, I want your business". My lease is about to come to an end in 4 months and I can't wait to get into a brand new 2017 CRV and thank Jose again for a wonderful experience. More

Better then expected I placed online quote on Honda Civic 2016 via TrueCar and got responses from 3 area dealerships, this one getting back with the lowest number, both to I placed online quote on Honda Civic 2016 via TrueCar and got responses from 3 area dealerships, this one getting back with the lowest number, both total cost and leasing. I understand that the process is to get you into the store, no real commitment from the dealership, but it does help to have a starting price for the negotiations. I was working with a friendly and likable salesman, Mr. Jose Velasquez, who was patient, helpful, funny at times, he made my few hours at the dealership much more manageable. Good job, Jose! I ended up buying a model above what I was looking for, but I love the car and have no regrets (the looks are amazing, LKAS/ACC is lots of fun, Android Auto is awesome, ton of other great features - could it be best overall 2016 car!?). Still, various fees, taxes and options drove the price up and up, I spent more then I planned to, but I feel it was worth it. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
