Jose Saves The Day! I had the fortunate experience of having an appointment with Jose Velasquez arranged for me by my daughter this past August. My 21 year old car could I had the fortunate experience of having an appointment with Jose Velasquez arranged for me by my daughter this past August. My 21 year old car could no longer be driven and needed to be replaced immediately. Just a few years ago, we first met Jose when he was the salesman who sold my daughter her Pilot. As her experience was so positive, she reminded me to relax. I was still extremely anxious because I didn't have time to shop around, but I knew exactly what I wanted. My requirements were extensive and I needed a CRV. (Who doesn't?!) Despite all the time we spent checking out the features on the cars in my price range, Jose was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and sensitive to my situation. I never expected to find a car that very first day, but I did! My 2013 CRV came off a lease and had the low mileage I needed. Jose saw to it that it was cleaned to perfection and had the rear bumper treated so that it ended up looking like new. Everything he promised he delivered, and more! When my daughter's father recently needed to replace his car within a few weeks after I got my CRV through Jose, we convinced him to see him, too. He now has a leased Civic. As you can see, we have all been impressed and will continue to recommend Jose because of the high quality of service we each received. More

Typical car sales... high pressure - back and forth nonsense You come in there ready to pay a very fair price and they spend hours nickel and diming you over a bunch of nonsense. As a matter of fact, I was so disgusted that after I drove the car home, I swore I'd take off the Paul Miller license plate holder and the stupid Paul Miller sticker below the Honda label. Simon was very knowledgeable. Sales manager and whomever was making the decisions in the back office, they were abysmal. The finance person was awesome! Otherwise, this would have been a 1 star review. A few great employees and just crappy management. I kept saying, "We could have closed the deal a couple hours ago." Poor Customer Service!!! I was interested in buying a new Honda Pilot. After inquiring about it, they emailed me a quote for a Pilot they had. I even called ahead of time to m I was interested in buying a new Honda Pilot. After inquiring about it, they emailed me a quote for a Pilot they had. I even called ahead of time to make sure all the details were correct and make an appointment!I went in to purchase the vehicle. Everything was finalized and I was ready to purchase it. However, after 3 HOURS of paperwork, the representative came back and said they could not sell the car! Beware! They are trying to lure you into the dealership only to go back on their word. Don't waste your time! More
