I planed to buy my third car from Paul Miller Honda, but when I visited 5/13, I didn't get what I want due to model shortage in the inventory. Mr. Jose tried hard to work with me, and sent email to me after I went back home, made me to go back to discuss the solution on 5/14. I am very happy to get the car I want. Arrogant bunch of cheaters I went to buy Pre-owned Honda Pilot. Drove for 2 hours to dealership. The sales manager negotiated and gave me last price. I said I will come back in I went to buy Pre-owned Honda Pilot. Drove for 2 hours to dealership. The sales manager negotiated and gave me last price. I said I will come back in a day to do all paperwork. Once I went back to finally buy that car, driving for 2 hours to dealership, they asked me to pay 1500 more on the same car. Also, the sales manager was arrogant and he said I should ask my wife to lend me more money and I can come back. Would never go back to the dealership and would advice people against it. More

Jose was easy going and relaxing at the 9 month mark, no pushy salesman type stuff. I left the dealership and didn't feel pressured or rushed, at the time there wasn't much I could do, unless I was willing to shell out the rest of my payments. Fast forward 6 months later and I visited Jose again to re discuss some options. I was able to get out of my lease a little early, without worrying about the headache of over mileage and got into a new car that fit my needs. So here's the disclaimer: Car buying is not a "fun" process. It's time consuming and slightly stressful. I've been to dealerships where as soon as you walk in they literally try to get you into a car that same exact day and it's pressure pressure pressure. My whole experience dealing with Jose was smooth. I didn't wait long, everything worked out seamlessly, and I didn't break the bank. In my experience dealing with the overall process of buying a new car, this was by far the least stressful and easiest time that I've had. More

He told us if we were bothered by any smoke smell to bring in the car for a couple of days of deionizing, which we did and got a loaner car during the procedure. Bad Customer Service I'd just like to make it known that after speaking with Ryan Anderson and Flavia, I chose to purchase a Honda Accord from another dealership- one whic I'd just like to make it known that after speaking with Ryan Anderson and Flavia, I chose to purchase a Honda Accord from another dealership- one which was much friendlier, hospitable, and had much better customer service. From the second I spoke to Ryan, I could tell he was all about numbers. Not about making his customer happy or even appearing the slightest bit friendly. Flavia, also aggressive, decided to illegally ask for my credit card number over the phone to run my credit for a car in which I was not 100% ready to get and when I was not even in person with her. For this, I will be reporting her business. It is illegal to get someone's card information over the phone. Planet Honda in Union chose to speak to me in person, get to know me, run my credit with my consent and acknowledgement, and have me leaving there smiling; rather than have me feeling spoken down to. Your business is not a friendly environment and I won't be recommending anyone to purchase cars from your dealership. Both myself, and my mother and brother, saw the BIGGEST difference in the way Planet Honda treated us from the second we walked in, to the way you both did. Just in your mannerisms, the steps you took to speaking to us about the car, and your overall aggressive manner. Kindness, a positive attitude, and being a nice human being will get you farther in life than trying to rip someone off or make a few more dollars off of a car sale.
