Went and showed his manager and then came back and said they couldn't give me the price that they had me initial. The salesmen said "This is how they find out if people are serious about buying." Seriously? I would not have gone back three times if I were not serious. In my humble opinion, this is no way to do business. I felt undermined and lied to. Please save your time and go else where, Honda dealers are a dime a dozen, and I'm sure there is better customer service else where. More

Great Price and Buying Experience After getting internet quotes on a new 2015 Odyssey EX-L from several Honda dealers in my area, I decided to visit Paul Miller since they were very up After getting internet quotes on a new 2015 Odyssey EX-L from several Honda dealers in my area, I decided to visit Paul Miller since they were very up front with their pricing. The other dealers were reluctant to give me a true out the door price even after multiple requests. I've done my research on the true market value and all fees involved so when Ralph Pagano emailed me a price quote, I setup an appointment to visit the dealership 3 days later. I visited the dealership with my wife and 2 kids in July of 2015. Shortly upon arrival we were greeted by Lou Gentile. He made the entire buying experience stress and pressure free. It is no wonder he has several sales awards hanging behind his desk. My wife and I test drove an Odyssey EX-L and Lou explained all the features including technological ones like bluetooth smart phone connectivity. We (kids included) were very pleased with the ride and features of the Odyssey. Lou checked the inventory and had an EX-L in our desired color so we made a deal and purchased the vehicle the same day. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and would highly recommend Paul Miller Honda and especially recommend Lou Gentile. Two weeks after purchase in August 2015 we drove our new Odyssey to Disney World and back. Six months earlier, we rented a 2015 Sienna and did the same drive. We were initially on the fence choosing between the Odyssey and the Sienna but after driving both I can say that the Odyssey handles much better and gets noticeably better gas mileage. The Sienna feels bulkier and sways a bit while switch lanes when the cargo area is fully packed. The Odyssey's suspension feels much tighter and cruising at 75-80 down i95 in a 70 speed zone feels effortless. In rainy conditions I felt much more confident with the Odyssey's handling and a little uneasy with the Sienna. More

FROM THE FINANCE MANAG I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. PAUL MILLER HONDA, DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH, TO MAKE THE SALE. FROM THE FINANCE MANAGER, TO THE SALES MANAGER, AND FINALLY THE SALESMAN. EXAMPLE, I ASKED THE SALESMAN, IF VETERANS GOT THE $500 DEDUCTION FROM THE FINAL PRICE. HE FLAT OUT TOLD ME, NO IT DIDN'T EXIST, WHICH WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. I WENT TO THE HONDA WEBSITE, AND PULLED IT UP. LIE NUMBER 1. NOW I ADVISED THEM THAT I HAD MY OWN FINANCING, BUT THEY INSISTED I TRY HONDA FOR A BETTER RATE. BUT THEY WOULDN'T TELL ME THE RATE OVER THE PHONE, WHICH REALLY MAKES NO SENSE. BUT THE MAIN REASON THIS DEALERSHIP DISGUST ME, IS THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE SERVICE MEMBER. I DIDN'T WANT ANY SPECIAL TREATMENT, BUT DON'T TREAT ME LIKE AN IDIOT. I WILL MAKE AS MUCH NOISE FOR THEM AS I CAN, NEXT THE BBB. A WORD OF ADVICE, STAY CLEAR OF PAUL MILLER HONDA. More

After the person guaranteed the price repeatedly, I came in on a Monday night after work by driving 20 miles. I was assigned to a different sales person who "specialized" in used cars. He was super nice and explained what the car excels at very thoroughly. But then when I told him I pre-negotiated the price, he started just disappearing and leaving me hanging on his desk for 10 ~ 15 mins at a time. Puzzled at what I'm waiting for since we didn't even start the purchasing process yet, he confessed that the price isn't approved by the dealership's owner yet. After about an hour and a half later since I walked into the dealership, the supposed "owner" finally walks over and tells me he can't give me the price and didn't even do a counter-offer, which leads me to believe that there is another customer on a different desk signing a purchase agreement at a higher price. I understand used car dealerships are not the most honorable places in the world but these guys are just xxxxx. No apologies, no remorse. They will say anything to get the customers in the building and they will not honor what they promised on the phone. The sales guy who was the nicest person I've ever met up-to that point didn't even say good bye and quickly turned over to his next customer. Do not go here. More

The only reason I did not end up purchasing from this dealer was because I got an amazing hook up from a family friend at another dealership in Paramus. Rob Orrok was the sales associate who helped me out. He did not feel like a salesman. Very down to earth and honest with his opinions and answers. We had a lengthy talk. We didn't even talk about the vehicle the entire time so it was easy to trust a guy like this... Rob was great and I would recommend him and Paul Miller Honda for your Honda purchasing! They are honest and will give you a deal that works for everyone in the end. We had a small issue with a refund process, but it was taken care of and Rob kept in touch throughout the entire process which he did not have to do by any means. I was not just pushed off to the side, even though I had not purchased a vehicle. Like I said in the beginning of this review, if it wasn't for my family friend knowing me for half of my life, I would've definitely taken the deal given to me at Paul Miller.
