2015 Honda Civic Silver We had bad experience with Paul Miller on Monday, May 04,2015. We had called George Nealis at 5.15 PM and made an appointment for 7.15 PM same day to We had bad experience with Paul Miller on Monday, May 04,2015. We had called George Nealis at 5.15 PM and made an appointment for 7.15 PM same day to buy 2015 Honda Civic Silver Color. We were told that it is in stock. On reaching the dealership, we were told Silver had just been sold!! While test driving the Car, the sales consultant, Ryan told us that they could get Silver in a day or two. Otherwise, we would not have gone for test drive. We were ready to wait for a couple of days, if needed as we wanted Silver color only. Ryan's Manager, Melvin told us that our option is to buy the colors that they had in stock only. The price is going up next day and we would have to pay shipping/ additional charges , which they could not tell us. This made it impossible for us to make a decision. Wish Dealership had called us about the situation before we went to dealership .Not sure, if they thought the price offered was too low to sell the car? We did not like the attitude. Dealership lost customer, for ever! Obviously, we bought it another dealership same day. More

Terrible Experience at Paul Miller Originally, I went to your dealership 04/17/15 to make a downpayment for my son, who is currently serving as a U.S. Marine, towards the purchase of a Originally, I went to your dealership 04/17/15 to make a downpayment for my son, who is currently serving as a U.S. Marine, towards the purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord. I returned today because my phone calls from yesterday and this morning were not returned and I was anxious to move forward. I was greeted by the Sales Manager Matt O'Donnell. I expressed my concern that I was not being taken care of appropriately and he was very abrupt and failed to relieve my inhibitions. He actually said to me that they have many customers and I can't expect the representatives to drop what they are doing to provide me with service. I requested a refund at this point, because I felt as if my business was not important or valued. He then proceeded to inform me that the dealership doesn't need or want my money. This occured in your main show room and he was not discreet. I amstill waiting for my refund More

Paul Miller Honda | Lou Gentile | Amazing Combination Going to a car dealership is almost a cliché experience... You see comedy sketches, sitcoms and comics drawn about them. Sharky salesmen, shady finance managers and the all mysterious general manager... "Let me go speak with my manager about this." is a common joke. Not with Paul Miller, not from my experience. Lou Gentile was honest, to the point and NUMBERS BASED!!! How many times do you walk into a dealership with numbers you KNOW are reasonable only to get jerked around by the sales associate? Not Lou... I had numbers, he had numbers, we met in the middle and we both agreed to a transaction that left us both smiling. He sold a car, I bought a car in budget in a timely fashion... Done and done. Thanks again Lou!!! I'm so glad you were able to help me. More

My sales associate, Louis Gentile, was very knowledgeable about the Honda brand and was by far the best sales person to work with. He walked me through the entire process from initial decision to final signing of the deal. He listened to what I needed and worked with the entire dealership to make sure that I felt comfortable with my lease. Please stop in the see Louis Gentile and you will not be disappointed. More

Ryan Anderson and the dealership are excellent Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car mode Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car model I wanted to buy, he also convinced me to buy the higher model of the same car, just by pointing out an enhanced safety feature during the car drive and without being pushy at all. When I went back to conclude the deal, we had only 20 minutes before my bank would close for the weekend. Ryan was able to get an acceptable price for my old car from his manager (who is a kind person too) and accompanied me to the nearest bank that was on the point of closing, waiting outside in my car till I completed the transaction. In few hours, I entered the dealership with my old car and exited it with the new one, all taken care of (insurance, temporary documents, etc.). Afterwards, Ryan has always been kind and patiently answered all the questions I had related to the use of my new car. I highly recommend Ryan and the Paul Miller Honda dealership. More
