Excellent I would rather go to the dentist then shop for a car. I just purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from Paul Miller Honda and my experience was excellent. I work I would rather go to the dentist then shop for a car. I just purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from Paul Miller Honda and my experience was excellent. I worked with Lou Gentile in the Sales Dept. He listened to what my needs were and what I could afford and he treated me with respect. As the previous reviewer stated, there was no high pressure sales tactics or "let me go get my manager to get you a better price." Alejandro in the Finance Dept was excellent as well. He had my paperwork ready when I arrived to pickup the car. The process was smooth and easy. If you are considering a Honda vehicle make an appointment with Lou. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Paul Miller Honda is worth writing about. More
