Fast, friendly service. My 2010 Accord's check engine light starter flashing, the engine was misfiring! A friend recommended I bring the car to Paul Miller Honda, so I called up the dealer and spoke to Rick Meyers. Although it was already late in the day (after 5pm) Rick said to bring the car in and he would have it checked out the next morning. I was hoping to get a loaner car but again, it was very last minute and I'm pretty reasonable. When I brought the car in to the service dept Scotty put me in the system and we made some small talk about this seemingly common problem with my type of engine. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Long story short, the problem was fixed the next day at no cost to me. The problem was fixed under warranty. I know about cars and do my research on things, so I know why my service was covered and what exactly was done and why. It would've been excellent if I had gotten atleast a small explanation from the attendant that wrote me up as to why my check engine light came on and my car started to act the way it did. Instead of simply telling me what work was done. But all in all, again, very friendly staff. Happy they were able to fit me in and get the work done practically the same day at no cost! I will recommend Paul Miller to all my friends. Thanks guys! More

I was debating on what to do whether to continue with a Honda car or just find another type of car that was more affordable as I am trying to save for a wedding. I came in with questions for Joe and he was very helpful in answering the questions. He suggested the civics were at a lower price and was able to offer me a deal that was hard to refuse that very day! Unexpectedly, I left with a new Honda civic at an affordable monthly price to meet my needs! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend Joe and Paul Miller Honda to anyone looking for a car! :) More

I spoke with Jose on a Thursday afternoon and picked up the car within twenty four hours. Jose is an incredibly talented sales consultant. He makes customers feel like a member of his own family. I received wonderful customer service and incredible value. If car buying were more like my experience, the entire industry would change for the better. Jose was the consummate professional and Paul Miller Honda is a tremendous franchise dealership. More
Terrible Dealership I went to Paul Miller to look at certified used civics. They had several cars that fit what I was looking for (mileage, budget, year). Eric was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. And they even let me haggle down to an even better deal! The atmosphere was nice and I never felt highly pressured like you do with some dealers. Alejandro was my finance consultant and he was very friendly and easy to work with. Let's just say that this dealership was EXACTLY the type who changed the second my money was in their hands. Alejandro sold me the additional warranties (HondaCare, Tire Protection and Gap) and said the cost for all three would be 1200$. After purchasing the car, and setting up my online payment system, the system informed me that they had in fact charged me 2200$ for the warranties. I called the dealer to return these warranties, and Alejandro informed me that I would have to do it on my own through the warranty companies. I called all three companies who informed me that they NEVER do business directly with car buyers and that they did not even have me in their systems as having purchased their warranties. I went down to Paul Miller and not one of the employees knew how to correctly return the warranties. I waited for 1.5 hours before they finally got all of the paperwork, signed it and left. A week later, I was contacted by Paul Miller and informed that they filled out the paperwork wrong and they'd need me to drive back to redo it (I live 1.5 hours away). It has been 6 months since I purchased the car, I have contacted manager John Renteria and Alejandro Estremera by email and phone numerous times and I still have not been fully refunded for the warranties. Everytime I speak to them, they are unhelpful, uninformed, unprofessional and tell me that it is "already taken care of" and that the warranties are cancelled. Sometimes they just don't even respond. That's great that the warranties were cancelled, however I never received a refund. As if this wasn't bad enough, I took the car down to get a state inspection 8 weeks after my purchase of a supposedly "CERTIFIED" used car. I had to pay 250$ to get the brake pads replaced after driving for 8 weeks, and only 3,000 miles. I brought my inspection checklist and vehicle into several different mechanics and every single one told me that based on the current status of my pads, there is no way the pad width listed on the checklist was correct. I contacted Paul Miller, and was basically told it was not their problem. Paul Miller Honda was the worst mistake I made for buying a car. The employees are clueless, the manager is no help in keeping them in line and they are liars. I wouldn't buy an air freshener from this dealer. I will be contacting the better business bureau, as well as Honda corporate, so shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache. More

After a recommendation from a family member and many disappointments at other dealerships, I finally decided to check them out. Immediately, I could tell the difference. Jon "Buzz" Burzawa showed me a few vehicles that he thought I would like and really didn't feed me the "BS" I was accustom to from other dealerships. I found the car I was looking for and thanks to Buzz and Newton Cintron, I found it for the absolute best price around. I really appreciate everything Paul Miller Honda did to make my first car-buying experience an easy and stress-free experience. I will definitely be back for future purchases! More

I called, spoke with Jose, who answered a number of questions I had over the phone and I went for a visit. All the folks at this location were friendly, courteous and above all honest and professional. Everything I read in the ad and everything Jose told me on the phone regarding the vehicle was exactly what I found when I got there. We went for a good test drive, reviewed the vehicle history report and they worked with me on price. They did everything they said they would do, no bait and switch, no hidden or last minute fees or surprises. Everyone including the young lady who I picked up my plates and paperwork from at the front desk were again courteous and professional. Keep up the great work guys! More
