In May 2013, I researched in identifying the Honda dealers and which salesperson I want to build car buying relationship for the present purchase as well as future purchases. I was able to identified a sales person named Louis Gentile in the dealership. I never dealt with any of the Paul Miller dealerships, but I heard that the previous Honda dealer, Honda of Essex, did not have favorable reviews. After reviewing its website of used cars, I called Louis to introduced myself and what I was seeking. We made an appointment for that night and identified a used 2008 Civic. Subsequently, I purchased this cae. Having Louis as my salesperson was great, no-pressure and very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone seeking to purchase a Honda (new or used) to try giving Louis a call first. More

When recently purchasing my second car, I requested Lou Gentile, sales person, who had sold me my first car because I knew I would have a great experience. He is friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles I was interested in considering. He listened to the needs I had in a an automobile and within the price range I could afford. I never felt pressured during the process of choosing the vehicle, and felt confident in the price and the vehicle when I made my decision to purchase. One of the best parts of the experience was picking up my car. Lou and the staff had everything in order and it went so smoothly I was amazed. My previous Honda lease was almost up and I was scouting my next car. Looked at three brands, consulted my insurance company and Consumer Reports recommendations. I went to check out the Accord to see if it met my particular needs and it did. Alejandro was very low key, positive, helpful, and enthusiastic...all together. I decided to buy right on the spot and got a great deal and about an hour later I had my new car. I've done business with many dealers over the 60 years that I've been driving and while I've found Honda dealers to be the nicest, these guys are a cut above that. I enjoyed the whole experience and even had pleasant conversations with other salesman on the floor while Alejandro was getting my paperwork done and the new car ready. If the vehicle lives up to my past experiences and the reviews and the dealership's service is good...I've made a friend for life! More

Lou Gentile is a very special person. He will make your experience so enjoyable that you will have a smile throughout the entire process. Best price, best customer service. Even if you have to drive extra 50 miles to get there you still be saving time and money. You will probably see a couple of dealerships on the way there. Don’t stop! Lou Gentile is the best there is. So if I need a car I am getting it done on the same day. That leaves more time for searching for other things. More
