To my dismay, the car was not repaired correctly by the original collision shop.We took the car to the Honda dealer to review and inspect the repairs and they found that the car was dangerous to drive. Scott Gordon coordinated with our insurance company and within a week the car was repaired. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and this dealership. I recently took my 2006 Honda Pilot in to Paul Miller Honda for some much needed service. My wife drives the Pilot it has 115,000 miles and we both love it. I new the Pilot needed struts, oil change, rear def. fluid change, brake fluid flush and power steering fluid change. When setting up my appointment I had asked for a "courtesy car" while the repairs were completed on my Pilot. The following evening I meet Scott Gordon, he was polite and knowledgable, he took my vehicle info and got me into my courtesy car quickly (2013 Pilot ver nice)! The speedy process was very appreciated. Scott contacted me the next day to let me know that front link stabilizer was cracked and needed to be addressed. I wasn't to surprised, and glad the mechanic did a thorough inspection. Due to the holiday it took an extra to get the parts to complete the fix. Which did bother my wife, because she had the courtesy car to drive. Scott notified me when repair were complete. I wife was happy see that her Pilot had been freshly washed prior to her arrival. We will use their service again. More
I received great service and the people that work there make the difference. The Service Manager Scott Gordon made me feel like a VIP. The car had been well serviced and was in excellent condition (brakes, new tires etc.). Ryan Anderson was a pleasure to deal with and provided friendly service before and after the sale. I was very impressed overall with this dealer, and the staff. After having owned a Honda Accord for ten years, and being impressed with the reliability of the car, I am probably a lifelong Honda motor customer I would put this dealer at the top of my list when purchasing a new car even though there are more than five Honda dealers closer to my home. He was firm in his approach but very kind and informative. On my first time visit we were able to begin the paperwork process and i was ecstatic. Melvin was a wonderful consultant whom i'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. However i cannot say the same for the financing manager. it was the worst experience i had ever encountered. She kept me waiting an hour and did not even apologize for taking so long. Her excuse was that she spent a whole hour on the phone taking to capital one trying to reduce my rate which was an OBVIOUS lie. Her use of foul language and inability to remain professional with an upset client was awful. I had asked to speak to the sales manager and she immediately refused and said that the sales manager was going to end up giving her all the paperwork a, so i may as well not see the sales manager. By the end of the entire process I was NOT happy to have purchased my very first vehicle. No matter what the circumstance, a professional manager diffuses bad situations rather than fueling them. More
