Did not return multiple calls or answer multiple e-mails I purchased a Crosstrek from this dealer three years ago. The lease finishes up in April. When I called the dealer t inquire about end of lease options, the only time I was able to speak with someone was when someone happened to be available. If I left a message or left a e-mail, it was unanswered. When I did speak with an individual, he told me that I would have to get an inspection from the leas holding bank to purchase the car from myself. He offered the dealership to do the inspection for $500 even though I would be financing through another bank and not the dealership. When I spoke with the bank holding the lease, they told me that no inspection was necessary because I was purchasing my own car. I get the feeling the the individual at the dealership was trying to get me to agree to something that I didn't need to pay. I also put in a credit application with the dealership. Both banks I had previously applied to had an offer back to me within hours of my application. Two days after putting the application into the dealership, the dealership still had not transmitted the application to any of the banks. Service was not much better. I had a check engine light that indicated that the catalytic converter was not functioning optimally. I offered to leave the car at the dealership at 7:30 AM so they could have the whole day to perform the service which was covered under warranty. The service advisor told me that I had to make an appointment and the earliest appointment was at 9:45. I have to be to work by 8:00. Still not understanding why I couldn't just drop the car off and get to work on time. I'm hoping that my experience was just bad luck because when I had originally purchased the car three years ago, I experienced none of these problems. My advice would that if you do plan on working with this dealership, you will need to stay on top of things and refuse to leave voice mails. Insist on speaking with a live person. More

Couldn’t of been any happier I worked with Ryan and Jeff back in August of 2015 when they got me in my first new 2016 WRX. Since it was just a lease, I had a choice whether to kee I worked with Ryan and Jeff back in August of 2015 when they got me in my first new 2016 WRX. Since it was just a lease, I had a choice whether to keep the car or return it. Of course it was an easy decision to buy it out since I fell in love with the car. When I went back to buy it, once again, Ryan, Jeff and Sanil made my car buying process very simple and as expected I was very satisfied with the their generosity, assistance and how seamless the process was. It shouldn't be this difficult I'm an internet car buyer. Requested a sales quote from PM, and via email sent a car, good price and ready to buy. Got connected with a sale person and told the car was not for sale and was a "loaner" was given "sample" prices and even gave my credit card for a $500 deposit to "approve" a search for the car. Consistently received wrong information and even sent an email to the "internet manager" email yet no one called me back. Called Liberty and within 45 mins, I signed a contract. More

We stopped here on the way home from my son's track meet to check out some used cars. We live in NY, quite a distance from this dealership. The sales Adviser, Rachid Lachhab, was a really nice man and you could tell right away that he wanted to do his best for my son's first car buying experience. The sales adviser and his manager, James Cavuoto, went out of their way to make sure my son was treated with kindness and respect. Both ended up staying much later than their scheduled day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and did not need to return to complete our deal. We are very grateful for their kindness and very happy about our purchase. We ended up buying a new car! Great deal! More
