Couldn’t of been any happier I worked with Ryan and Jeff back in August of 2015 when they got me in my first new 2016 WRX. Since it was just a lease, I had a choice whether to kee I worked with Ryan and Jeff back in August of 2015 when they got me in my first new 2016 WRX. Since it was just a lease, I had a choice whether to keep the car or return it. Of course it was an easy decision to buy it out since I fell in love with the car. When I went back to buy it, once again, Ryan, Jeff and Sanil made my car buying process very simple and as expected I was very satisfied with the their generosity, assistance and how seamless the process was. We stopped here on the way home from my son's track meet to check out some used cars. We live in NY, quite a distance from this dealership. The sales Adviser, Rachid Lachhab, was a really nice man and you could tell right away that he wanted to do his best for my son's first car buying experience. The sales adviser and his manager, James Cavuoto, went out of their way to make sure my son was treated with kindness and respect. Both ended up staying much later than their scheduled day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and did not need to return to complete our deal. We are very grateful for their kindness and very happy about our purchase. We ended up buying a new car! Great deal! More

Paul Miller actually gave us the lowest price, with the highest package and additional add-ons out of all of the dealerships that we visited. Englewood Subaru actually said to us, that's a great deal you should take it, when we went back to counter. Nonetheless, we were pleased with our price. Sam Kaiser took us from beginning to end with paperwork, questions, ordering the car, touching base every so often. He is an industry warrior and has been in the business for many, many years. Sales and service bot GREAT Overall an amazing dealership. I was referred to Ron, the manager. He is amazing!!! Its out of the way for me as I live in Bergen county now, but worth the trip! The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I trust their recommendations too! A few years ago there was an issue with a repair done by an auto body shop during an insurance claim. They coordinated with my insurance and the auto body shop to get my car ready and gave me a loaner car. Plus I see familiar faces every time I go there. Outstanding!
