Within less than 24 hours of submitting my online inquiry, I was contacted on the phone to book an appointment, which was re-confirmed via text. The web, phone, and text experience was seamless. Once I walked into the dealership, I was kindly greeted and then was handled by a very knowledgeable and courteous sales representative, Alan Engert. He already had my profile based the information I submitted through the Costco program, so we were able to pinpoint precisely what I was looking for. I looked at a few different 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSEs and test drove two. After some some discussions on the offer with both Alan and also the finance manager, Bernardo Amster, we closed the deal and I walked out with an amazing car and deal. There was also some men and women I met who helped with my downpayment process, cleaning and detailing my car, pointing me to the bathroom, etc., but I never got their names - they were also great. I should also mention everyone was wearing masks and following safety guidelines in the store, so it felt comfortable and safe. The showroom, lot, and staff is loaded with great cars and smart and kind people. More

Looking to purchase a new or used car. I asked before I drove all the way from Westchester county to make sure this was a smoke free car and they told me the car was clean and no one smoked I asked before I drove all the way from Westchester county to make sure this was a smoke free car and they told me the car was clean and no one smoked in it, well guess what it was NOT the car smelled horrible. They new what I was looking. I left and went home only to find out on the internet , they had a new 2018 Highlander that has been sitting on their lot for over 2 1/2 years and never told me about it. I ask what the bottom price was and they told me the msrp was 45k and they would sell me this car that has been sitting of 2 1/2 years for $39,000.00 I said I could buy a 2020 for that price. I guess this dealer likes paying interest on a car just sitting. Yes this car has little miles on it but other cars that are the same model & year 2018 are not going for $39,000.00 . Not happy they could have sold a car that was just collecting dust. More
