Rob's effective communication about the new additions to automobiles (we last purchased a car in 2005) was most educational. Additionally, he walked us through the various new additions available on the 2019 Camry. His honesty, integrity and outstanding communicative skills made the purchase of our new car easy and enjoyable. He also followed up with us a few days after purchase to ensure that we were happy with our purchase and if we experienced any problems. Rob is a skilled and gifted salesperson - one that Paul Miller Toyota should treasure and use as a model for other sales professionals. We appreciate all that he did for us in coming back to the Toyota fmily.
