I stopped in without an appointment, where I was immediately met by a super nice CSR. She got a tech to check it out immediately and I was leaving 10 minutes later. They removed the rock and didn't charge me. First class service! I'm pretty sure it was Betty, but whoever it was was the best. Thank you! More
