I had the opportunity to work with Megan via Email, and Willie Evans and Denny Hatten. All three of them were excellent to work with and had amazing customer service skills. After negotiating back and forth for a day or two, we were able to come to an agreement. The car has far exceeded my expectations and the purchase was very comfortable for me from beginning to end. Both salesman/woman were very knowledgeable and Denny really stepped in to "seal the deal." Thank you again for a great experience. I have recommended this dealership to 2 of my friends already. I had been checking out various SUVs in LA and MS for over a month, and nothing seemed to feel right (Armadas, Tahoes, 4Runners, Explorers, etc). The moment I stepped foot on the Paul Moak lot, I had a over a month, and nothing seemed to feel right (Armadas, Tahoes, 4Runners, Explorers, etc). The moment I stepped foot on the Paul Moak lot, I had a good feeling. Willie Evans greeted me with a smile and true professionalism. We took a 2012 Pilot for a test drive and I knew it was the car for me. Willie made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and presented a great offer I couldn't refuse. His non-pushy sales approach of honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. To put a cherry on top, Kathleen in finance was outstanding. She is a very welcoming, knowledgable, and caring professional...and she got me a considerably better rate than my bank offered! She even called me the next morning to make sure I made it home to New Orleans safely through the rain/ice storm. I am also very satisfied with the trade-in value they gave me for my 2007 Civic. I highly recommend this dealership for any new/used automobile needs. More
My husband, kids and I went on the car search together. It's never easy with kids so that is a challenge in its self for the staff to work as quickly as possible but to be attentive to our needs as well. He answered every question we had in a professional but fun and kind way. The negotiation process was easy too. They are not as qualified to handle mechanical defects like they claim . I have a 2009 civic i took today [still on warranty] to have them fix and they would not touch the car ? Then technician tried to s like they claim . I have a 2009 civic i took today [still on warranty] to have them fix and they would not touch the car ? Then technician tried to speak to my as if i had no knowledge of how to operate a vehicle , and was very ignorant on how to relate to a customer ... Beware they will try to take advantage of you, and i am pursuing my consumer rights . I would never suggest anyone take their vehicles to this place for any service. Truth is Honda is putting out so many defected cars lately its a wonder anyone is still buying them ? Do the research and check out what type of recalls they are having to fix . They are very serious and will effect the value of your vehicle in the future because of history reports and the such. More
I had a 7:30 appt. for an oil change and almost 2 hours later they hadn't finished the oil change. I inquired about it and was told they were about to pour the oil in. Of course, I'm livid! Then they say t later they hadn't finished the oil change. I inquired about it and was told they were about to pour the oil in. Of course, I'm livid! Then they say they hadn't washed it yet, do I want them to? They did a rush job and did not vacuum the interior. After, over 2 hours later, they finish. OMG, good customer service is so hard to find! This is the second time I've used Paul Moak's service department and both times I've had terrible experiences, terrible! More

Beginning with the phone call to schedule an appointment for service and ending with the check out, everyone has always been courteous, helpful and have gone the extra mile to assist me. On a previous serv for service and ending with the check out, everyone has always been courteous, helpful and have gone the extra mile to assist me. On a previous service visit, Jim Viberg was the Superhero and assisted with a very costly repair. On the most recent visit, Adam voiced his concern and assisted with a brake issue. Randy was very helpful with the tire selection. Samantha, DiAnn and Betty are always great at their jobs. Last, but not least, the detail crew does an outstanding job of cleaning the Elvis car! A big thanks to the entire service team! More
