In my experience, the interaction with Mr. Brian Baskin was good. I feel that he was honest with me concerning the issue with my vehicle. I appreciated that very much. We chose a Subaru mainly because of the safety ratings and reliability. We recently bought a car at Paul Moak’s Subaru. From our test drive to our warranty purchase the experience was seamless! Chip Burns, our salesperson, was patience with our multiple questions and explained everything completely. Jeff helped us with the financing info and our warranty. We felt like we were talking to a friend—he was so personable. Ashley described herself as the behind the scene’s person. She was the sweetest person who knew the purchase process from top to bottom. Finally, we got to meet the manager, David. He was absolutely delightful to talk with. Overall, it great experience. More
