Mr. Dale, why so unkind? We diagnosed your faulty fuel tank vent filter clogging up your evap system. Then, you chose to take your vehicle elsewhere for final repair. That’s fine and your prerogative. You refusing to pay us for the diagnosis we provided was disappointing. We don’t excuse what Brian did, but we understand why he didn’t want to call you. Our long term business success will depend on keeping our customers loyal and that can only come about by earning our customers’ trust and respect every day. We regret losing yours.

You had my vehicle for three days & never gave me a diagnosis nor recommended repair options. I never heard from the Paul Moak service department. I am not unkind, just speaking the truth. And you didn't mention my prior experience when I waited all morning & into the afternoon just to have Subaru say "Oh, no one told you? We've ordered a part & will call you when it gets here". Your service department NEVER called me back then either. Caveat Emptor for all thinking about buying a Paul Moak Subaru & expecting competent & prompt service.
