I had a fabulous experience at the dealer while getting my WRX serviced. The staff was very friendly and engaging and I had a nice conversation with the mechanical members. The tall gentleman with the long my WRX serviced. The staff was very friendly and engaging and I had a nice conversation with the mechanical members. The tall gentleman with the long beard discussed with me some of the mechanical points of my car to keep it running healthy and I'm extremely grateful for that talk with him. More
Took in for 4 new tires and spark plug replacement. Service person called the next afternoon to tell me no work was done because they had lost my key. I was given a loaner car then and my husband too Service person called the next afternoon to tell me no work was done because they had lost my key. I was given a loaner car then and my husband took our extra key to them the next morning (Wednesday). I called again on Wednesday pm to check if ready and was told they had not been able to pair the new key to my car. I then told Brian I needed my car to go out of town for weekend. He told me they were shooting to have it done by Thursday afternoon. I called again on Thursday afternoon before leaving work to check if ready. Brian’s words to me were...”Now Mrs. Lavender, you and I both know your tires have been done and the spark plugs! We do not have the key in yet so have not been able to get that done!” This was the first time he mentioned NOT having a new key to pair to my car. At that point in the conversation I informed him of needing to go out of town on Saturday. I also told him I would not call him back..that He could call me when car was ready. He told me he was glad we were on the same page with that. They finally called this week to pick up my car. Brian took my credit card payment and gave me the paperwork then took me out to my car. There was no apology for any inconvenience,of losing my key..nothing. Then I get into my car and the lug device is sitting in the cup holder instead of back in glove compartment. Plus...I take my car to be washed and notice the wheel covers are now marred/chipped. I am not happy and would gladly take elsewhere if there were another deal ship nearby. More

The previous negative reviews concerning the service employee named Brian are valid, We had never had any prior issues concerning servicing especially when dealing with Morgan until our last appointme employee named Brian are valid, We had never had any prior issues concerning servicing especially when dealing with Morgan until our last appointment. We had made an appointment to get service and windshield replaced, verifying with staff and discussing windshield replacement with Morgan. First on arrival Brian initially rudely claimed we had no appointment. Fortunately my wife had written down whom she made appointment with along with detailed discussions with Morgan concerning windshield replacement. After realizing error he agreed to do the service and repair, Then Brian had issues with providing loaner vehicle (which had been promised prior to appointment) since repairing windshield would take several hours and we lived out of town. He was very rude despite this being a mistake on their part. We elected to leave, taking car later to new Subaru dealership in Memphis which provided excellent service. If you live in North Mississippi like we do I would suggest using them. We bought our vehicle in Jackson using the service department multiple times never having any prior issues, but we had never had to deal with Brian before. Looking at reviews apparently other people feel the same way. To be fair, we always had a good experience with Morgan, but one bad employee can ruin your reputation. More

I also had a horrible experience with this Brian clown. I actually had 2 incidents with this guy. On both occasions this Brian fellow ignored me for days. I never got a diagnostic decision on my Subartu. So actually had 2 incidents with this guy. On both occasions this Brian fellow ignored me for days. I never got a diagnostic decision on my Subartu. So I had to pay for my rental car and hire an independent mechanic, who on both occasions fixed my problem quickly. When I was ready to buy another Subaru, I called Paul Moak to see if this guy was still in the service department. Hearing yes!, I quickly bought a Lexus. This guy must be a Moak heir. No other reason to hire someone so inept. More
