Covid 19 did not stop Paul Sevag Motors (Jeff) from helping my husband buy my 4runner. The process was a little longer but the customer service was excellent. The experience I had with Phil and crew was nothing short of top notch. I previously bought a vehicle from Carvana which was an absolute disaster. Carvana tried covering up a flood vehicle which I had to ret of top notch. I previously bought a vehicle from Carvana which was an absolute disaster. The process was more like a consultation than most “salesy” car salesmen. The vehicle was flawless and it’s so obvious how much they care. They were legitimately wiping fingerprint marks off the vehicle as I was pulling out. I would highly recommend!!!! More
