This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Mizell Ford and Mr. Hawkins was the salesman both times. His vast knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, along with his caring attitude for the customer has greatly resulted in our business returning over and over again for future purchases. Mr Santell is a valuable salesman to this dealership. We are enjoying our vehicle and all thanks go to Mr. Santell, for his caring and dogmatic attitude for customer satisfaction. Emergency lights on dashboard Thank you , thank you to the service department at Mizell Ford! On my way from Augusta to Home in Savannah and my tire lights flashed ! Who knew most Thank you , thank you to the service department at Mizell Ford! On my way from Augusta to Home in Savannah and my tire lights flashed ! Who knew most gas stations don’t have air for tires . The one I found that did was out of order. The service department went above and beyond to help me out today . Was traveling with my 75lb Great Pyrenees And was afraid I might end up on the side of the road in 100 degree temperatures. I was welcomed and they let my big dog in the air conditioned office while they checked my tire. Can’t say how much I appreciated the wonderful southern hospitality as I traveled alone . Restored my faith in people ! Great service ! Thanks again! More
