Bait & switch I requested a quote for a vehicle from this dealership and I got a MSRP price. When I talked to the sales person, he hiked the price by $20K...yes th I requested a quote for a vehicle from this dealership and I got a MSRP price. When I talked to the sales person, he hiked the price by $20K...yes that is right, twenty thousand dollars. His name is Ken and he is one of the sales persons. This dealership does not appear to honor their advertised price and cannot be trusted in my opinion. More

Excellent Sevice This was no doubt the best experience I have when purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived Mr. Harris greeted me and I told him that USAA should have sent This was no doubt the best experience I have when purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived Mr. Harris greeted me and I told him that USAA should have sent him my purchase certificate and I would like to look at the F150 XLT that I saw on their web site. He assigned Mr. Wayne Prince who took me around the lot and showed me all the trucks they have available. Wayne was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable with each truck and its features. He did not pressure me to make a rush decision but he let me took the time to find the vehicle I want. Once I made up my mind, the paper work was completed in less than an hour and I drove out of there with my new truck. The service was outstanding from the sales rep to the finance department. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE Wayne Prince helped us with our purchase and he was Awesome. We had 3 small kids with us and he was so caring and sweet to them and got them situated Wayne Prince helped us with our purchase and he was Awesome. We had 3 small kids with us and he was so caring and sweet to them and got them situated with popcorn and water bottles, so we could conduct our business. We got there prob a hour before closing and he did not make us feel rushed or pushy about us buying something. He wanted us to be happy with whatever we chose to buy that was his main goal. So this was the first car dealership we visited on our quest to buy our vehicle and we went there not thinking we were going to actually buy something that night because we had already been approved for a loan so it wasn't a thing of trying to find someone to finance us. But let me say Wayne got us the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted and also got us a loan for a way cheaper interest rate then our credit union. And I would also like to say we were there a few hours and the time just flew by with Wayne's hilarious sense of humor he had us laughing and having fun the entire time. I don't usually do reviews but I had to because of our wonderful experience at William Mizell Ford dealership!!!
