True Story...can't make this up So I am a 20 year veteran. I took a chance on these guys over the Augusta dealers. I IM'd with a guy. My intent was to view the inventory of the new F So I am a 20 year veteran. I took a chance on these guys over the Augusta dealers. I IM'd with a guy. My intent was to view the inventory of the new F-150s. They person on the other end was a bit cold. I should have read that and immediately walked away but I agreed to have Jeremy Bowen contact me, which he did. Jeremy initially was very friendly. It's to be expected. I told him what they give me for my trade will drive my decision to come to their lot. Now I have a really nice 2011 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 V8 5.0, Red lifted 20"Balllistic Jester wheels, Tonneau cover, etc. it does will need paint in the rear 1/4 panel. I disclosed all this with Jeremy via phone call and text. He offered $20,500. REMEMBER THIS! Some dialogue goes on and then Mizell had the audacity to try and tell me that they'd seen my truck online and questioned that it was a V8 because "online" said it was a V6. Well it was on the internet so it must be true right? I told him he had the VIN so run it. I guess YouTube.com is their VIN Database cause that's their basis for questioning my integrity. I watched the video they so kindly provided me a link to and that was certainly my truck alright. The narrator definitely stated it was a V6, but something stuck out to me in the video. In the window you can CLEARLY make out V8. Now Gary, their Sales Manager, gets involved and ups the value offering me $21k in trade in which is insulting. Look my whole family is in the Auto Business with an insurance company. I know how to identify the value of my vehicle and if I don't my folks certainly can. Bottom line up front, save your time and money cause going all the way to Waynesboro from Augusta ain't worth it. Unless you like to have your integrity questioned and your intelligence insulted. Come to think of it, Bullied might be a better adjective. More

Great experience with Jeremy. I found the car I wanted online at this dealership, after filling out some paperwork online I was contacted by Jeremy. He was able to do everything over the phone for me. The plan was to drive to the dealership ( about 2 hours from me) on the upcoming Monday to sign papers and bring in my trade. The day following our verbal agreement I received another call from Jeremy, and he offered to make the drive for me and bring the car to me that day!
