We had a trade-in the dealership offered us a good price, and we also felt we were given a good price on the truck we were interested in. We came out of Mizell Ford with our new truck. I bought and signed papers on a 13 Explorer Thursday at lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. Friday at lunch I received a phone call saying I would not receive the vehicle I bought. Was lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. They charged me the same price as negotiated on Thursday and wanted me to pay extra for the options that did not come with vehicle. The salesman I dealt with was great, but obviously his hands were tied with ownership/management. I don't think it was right to sell me the vehicle with less options for the same price as the one I originally bought. More
