They listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and then gave me my options and choices of vehicles that met my needs. They had all my paperwork completed in a more than timely manner and delivered my vehicle (which had to come from another dealership) to me within 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!! I was discouraged to discover such poor customer service in my area and to realize the lack of any on-line resources pointing me to a local dealer that I did feel comfortable working with. The excitement came when I discovered William Mizell Ford was willing to do what it took to meet my needs. When I explained my needs to Justin Parrish, the William Mizell sales representative, he immediately began working to find the right vehicle for me and worked with me on pricing and financing. So, while driving two hours to purchase a car is less than ideal, it is worth it for the customer care that went along with the trade. I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted and how much it would cost. Unfortunately, I had no credit and the loan approval that I had was not enough to cover the total price of the ca wanted and how much it would cost. The bank that I have banked with for the last three years was not able to give me a loan that would cover the car that I wanted. Russel was extremely helpful and willing to show me other cars that would work with the loan I was given, while still searching for a lender that would get me into the car I wanted. I was almost ready to walk out but he was able to find a lender that covered the entire car with very little down. I drove away in the 2011 Scion tc with very little trouble. This dealership was able to get a loan for me when my own personal bank would not do it. I am extremely appreciative of the quality of service I received at William Mizell Ford. I would recommend this dealer to any one in search of a vehicle. They were very, very helpful. More
