What really impressed me the most is having a conversation over the phone and them telling me that could probably get me a b from Mizzell Ford Staff. In the beginning the deal was the same a I was looking to get and at that point I was still going to close the deal. So during the time that I was waiting on delivery and I had already signed the contract. By the time my automobile came in they had found me a better deal and they didn't have too becaue the contract was already signed. So that tells me that they give up on finding me the best deal. I had been to several dealerships over a span of time and stopped by Mizell while heading from Linconton,GA to my hometown in Sylvania, Ga. I was greeted by Bruce Petitt. He is a REAL car guy and we hit it o stopped by Mizell while heading from Linconton,GA to my hometown in Sylvania, Ga. I was greeted by Bruce Petitt. He is a REAL car guy and we hit it off. He talked me into driving the Mustang GT since I had driven the 6 cyl version previously at another dealer. Wow, "that is impressive" is all I could keep saying. After you visit a few dealerships you get a pretty good sense about how they operate and Mizell is very straight forward with no gotchas anywhere in the process. I got a good price, a rebate, and 0% financing. They even went to Alabama to get the car I wanted. This was my first new vehicle in 16 years so needless to say things have to be right for me to pull the trigger. It was a pleasureable experience vs.a gut wrenching palm sweater like some dealers put you through. Keith Harris made the paperwork a breeze and I was on my way.
