The services was great Glenda helped me out from start too finish didn’t have to wait long she told me exactly what was wrong she was very helpful and nice when I came in. New service manager John Frazier went above and beyond to help me get my infotainment system replaced in my vehicle free of charge eventhough my vehicle was out of warranty. It's definitely a breath of fre help me get my infotainment system replaced in my vehicle free of charge eventhough my vehicle was out of warranty. It's definitely a breath of fresh air that he's at this location. I stopped recieving service at this location a couple years ago after numerous unresolved issues with the service department. I went recently because I purchased my vehicle at the location and my infotainment system was malfunctioning. I met John late that evening and he was as cheerful and pleasant that evening as he was when I returned two weeks later to get my system replaced. He even remembered me and check me in. I will be returning for service at Paulding Jeep as long as John is there. I know I will be taken care of. Thanks John! More
