Took my Jeep to have rear camera fixed. They replaced it, but the camera is now dangling from the back. The clips are broke on one side and apparently they tried to use double sided tape to hold it in place. but the camera is now dangling from the back. After working with Jeep Care and attempting to work with another dealership, John, Robert, and Colby at Paulding Jeep were able to help get my Jeep Wrangler Warranty repairs underway and completed extremely another dealership, John, Robert, and Colby at Paulding Jeep were able to help get my Jeep Wrangler Warranty repairs underway and completed extremely quick once the parts were delivered from Jeep. Hopefully the replacement performed, as recommended by Jeep, are the last steps in resolving the intermittent issues I've experienced.
