Poor reliability I brought my 2013 charger in because of a bad tire sensor, the tires were a little worn so I took the deal and purchased new tires. This was about 5 weeks ago, since that time I had a tire slowly losing pressure so I took it in thinking it might be a nail. Instead they found that the rim was cracked with a flat spot on the rim, funny part was the location was where they mounted the balance weight the crack was where the added the weights. There was no damage to the tire in that area so they never admitted they might have caused the damage when they changed the tires but they did discount the item 10% which is the same discount I would have received regardless. They take no responsibility for their work. This is the same place that did an oil change and left the cap on top of the motor. More

When I pulled up that morning, most of the service people were already helping other peopl On August 20th, I went to get my lower light beam changed. When I pulled up that morning, most of the service people were already helping other people, so I waited in my car in the garage. One nice service guy who was assisting someone else told me that they would be with me shortly. I said no problem. The next service guy came out, looked me in my face and went to the car behind me. I got out of my car at that point so that they would know that I hadn't been seen. Once he was finished with the guy behind me, he came to assist me. I told him that my right headlight was out. As I was asking how much and how long, my normal service guy walked over and said oh...it shouldn't be much. I asked how he and his family were doing (he's my regular guy)...after speaking with him, my jerk service guy said oh...it depends on the light...it can go up to hundreds of dollars (I have a Chrysler 200). I told him that I didn't want any light for hundreds of dollars. I then asked how long it would take because I had to go to work. I was told 15 or 20 minutes. I said okay. I agreed to get the light changed. Considering I asked how long would it take and I said that I had to go to work, I was shocked when I was still there 2hrs later...I figured people with appointments may have come through. Anyway, when my service guy came over, he sat down and was telling me EVERYTHING that I needed done to the car. Apparently, he decided to have these different checks done on my car even though I asked about the time and mentioned that I was heading to work. I interrupted him and asked how much was it for the light and labor. I was now late for work and had to reschedule meetings because he decided to be a jerk. Imagine my surprise when I was told "Oh, we haven't done it yet. I didn't want to do it without telling you the cost first". At this point, I was livid. I could not believe what I was hearing. He told me that it was $30 to change the light and the rest for labor = $67.23. I asked again, how long will this take. He said 15 to 20 minutes. I politely asked if he could have my light changed now. As I waited on my car, the nice elderly couple who came in an hour after me were called up because their car was ready. The husband asked what was I getting, a new engine. I told him no. I was only getting a low-beam light changed. He commented about it taking over an hour for the light change and they ended up getting an oil change in less than an hour. I told him that I was there an hour before they got there. He frowned and asked who my service guy was because he wanted to make sure that he NEVER got him. I pointed him out. After 30mins, I got up to go see where my car was located. It was back in the garage. I went to my service guys office and he was on the phone with someone about parts for someone else's car. I looked at the phone, I could see that he had been on there for over 10 minutes. I interrupted asking could I take my car now. He asked the people to hold on and got my paperwork. As though I wasn't already late thanks to this guy, he decided to SLOW WRITE his signature and thank you on my invoice after I had paid with a sinister smile. He was the absolute worse person I have ever dealt with in my over 10+ years of service and 2 cars purchased from the dealership. Push forward to 9/11, I had to go get my right low-beam light changed on my car. Yes, I thought this was odd that they would go out less than a month after the 1st one. I didn't care for the service that I last received at the dealership in Paulding, so I went to another dealership across town since I was in the area. I was planning to pay the same as I did less than a month ago for my left light. Imagine my surprise when my total bill was less than $25 for both the light and the labor. I felt ripped off by my service guy at the Paulding location, but now I know that I was ripped off by this jerk. I will no longer be a customer as long and this person is still with the company. I normally trade in my vehicles after four years (2020 is my next trade). Thanks to this guy, I do not feel comfortable in purchasing or having service at the Paulding location. I do not care to deal with crooks. I work to hard to be taken advantage of by my time (2 hrs 45mins for a low-beam light change) as well as my money. More

I was informed of the price of a new battery from them, but my battery was still under warranty, so I asked if I could swap it out myself and was told I could, which I did. Overall we are satisfied.
