We worked with Nicole in parts (for our old van) and Sam sold us our new van. Both were TERRIFIC!!! It was a hard choice for us to trade in our old van, but they both explained everything and made sure we w sold us our new van. Both were TERRIFIC!!! January 24, 2020- truck back in shop bad nox sensors and bad scr NO PARTS ETA AGAIN Dealership suggests I should trade the truck in offers a pittance for trade value, keeps suggesting it would be too much trouble to sell the truck by itself. February 7, 2020- returned a call from FCA, FCA wanted to know how the truck was running. I said I didn’t have it and haven’t heard anything from the dealership. FCA stated the parts had been at the dealership. They will call and find out what’s going on February 8, 2020- called dealership twice, 50 minutes before closing they call and said they just got the parts and the truck will be ready on Monday February 10, 2020- called dealership 3 hours ago said they would call back. Called FCA they stated truck should have been done today still waiting on call. More

I called in to get a recall taken care of. On the recall letter I received from the state of Georgia. It stated that I would be able to get a free loaner car, I was assure it wouldn’t take long Maybe an hou letter I received from the state of Georgia. It stated that I would be able to get a free loaner car, I was assure it wouldn’t take long Maybe an hour for the repair and that a loaner car was not available. It took over 2 hours for the repair to get done and then once it was done my car sat there for 15 minutes and then I had to take it upon myself to find out why. Needless to say I’m not impressed by the customer service or staff. I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will not bring my business to this dealership. More
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I went for an oil change and tire rotation. The service took 2 hours. They left my oil cap off! I had oil all over my engine and all over everything under the hood. I had a stain in my drivers seat also. I had to drive 1 hour from work, in the rain, with oil smeared all over my windshield, back to get another oil change. Another hour lost. Then an hour to get home. I had to bring my Jeep back 2 days later for complete detail and rubber piece to to be installed. They broke my antenna off my Jeep! I left and heard it flopping on the roof of my Jeep! They had to order the part. Now I must return to the dealership AGAIN! This is ridiculous! All this drama from a simple oil change and tire rotation. More
I've been coming to this dealership for several years for a couple of my cars (Jeep Wrangler and Ram 2500). I have almost always dealt with Trish in the service department, and now I exclusively ask for her a couple of my cars (Jeep Wrangler and Ram 2500). I have almost always dealt with Trish in the service department, and now I exclusively ask for her everytime based on several factors: 1. Professionalism - she always keeps my vehicle up to date with recalls, oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and always make as sure all of my vehicle needs are met and that I am satisfied with the service experience overall. Courtesy: If there is ever a delay in a vehicle service or repair Trish communicates with me to let me know of any time changes, etc. Personality: Trish is always friendly, never rushed her customers or makes them feel forgotten, and always greets me and every other customer I've seen with a warm smile and recognition, which makes you feel special! Customer service overall: Trish is a huge bonus to this service department, and while I have had interaction with other service staff, i feel she delivers the most consistent and above par experience at this dealership. She is smart, savvy about technical details, understands what a customer is looking for in the service experience, and always delivers the optimal experience for me and my cars. Thank you Trish for all the years servicing my vehicles, and hopefully you'll be there for a long time further. (If you ever move to another same vehicle dealership, my cars are going with you!) More

They told me that the truck needed to sit for a few days in order for them to determine the cause (out right lie). I picked up my truck and dropped it off at your location. My truck was fixed within 4 hours. I definitely plan to continue using your service department and my next purchase will be from you as well. Thanks! More
