The service I received during my appointment on 2/1/2020 was not the best I’ve gotten from PCDJ. I was greeted by Donna once the service department opened at 8am, which was the time for my appointment for a was not the best I’ve gotten from PCDJ. I waited at the dealership for my car because the wait time has not been long in the past. About 9:50am I had to ask a staff member if my vehicle was ready. She got my information to check in my vehicle, which was ready when she returned. She advised me that another young lady would be checking me out and to have a seat in her office. Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed a charge for the oil change, which this one was covered under my warranty at $0. I then told the young lady this service was covered at $0, her reply to me was “I did not check in so I didn’t know this.” The young ladies statement was true, but that is not something you say out loud to a customer. I’m not sure if they were short staffed that day, but this was not my best experience. More
Brought my Jeep to this location for the first time and the majority of the staff that I approached were not very friendly or informative so I was left un-welcomed and confused. Excellent Service I had an unfavorable incident that occurred with an undisclosed oil change company. I was attempting to obtain an oil change after working overnight I had an unfavorable incident that occurred with an undisclosed oil change company. I was attempting to obtain an oil change after working overnight and was in desperate need of sleep. My intention was to obtain an oil change and get home to get some sleep. The dealership was busy and could not guarantee my ability to get home at a reasonable time. I got the oil change at an alternative shop and the vehicle had some adverse shifting issues after leaving the shop. Since the dealership was on my way home, I stopped. It was there that it was discovered that the alternative shop had drained my transmission fluid from the pan and doubled my oil since they thought that they had drained my oil. This was quickly deduced and repaired by the alternative shop. I am grateful for their quick discovery of the issue and immediate action was taken to ensure that my truck was restored to normal at no cost to me. Thanks to Rick (Service Foreman) and Trisha (Service), they were amazing and got me back up and running at no cost to me. While at the dealership, I looked for an extended warranty to ensure that costly repairs didn't drain my account. I decided to discuss it with Gerald Ugbana. He did an excellent job explaining to me my options. I have since decided on another option. I just wanted to be well educated to make a decision that helped me conserve my personal assets. More
