Best Experience Over the years I have used the dealership service department many times, but always at different dealerships. This was the first time I used PDCJR and it was by far the best experience I have ever received. From the moment I arrived Tara greeted me before I could get out of my truck. She was extremely quick at getting my information, informing me that I had some outstanding recalls and scheduled me for the issue. She was kind enough to offer me a temporary loaner vehicle for the time it took to fix the issue. She stayed in contact with me, calling me every other day to give me an update. She really put my mind at ease by informing me of the status. Once my truck was complete, I was able to pay online and it really sped up the process. Once I returned to pick up my truck, she advised me of a few suggested maintenance items for the future, which I will get done, and made sure my truck was running properly. I can't say enough how lucky PDCJR is to have such a knowledgeable individual on their service team. I defiantly look forward to returning and continuing such a great experience. More
