My appointment was lost, but Tara was great. My husband scheduled my appointment a week before, and when I got there no one greeted me, and when I was asked if I had an appointment they couldn’t My husband scheduled my appointment a week before, and when I got there no one greeted me, and when I was asked if I had an appointment they couldn’t find it. Tara swooped in and checked me in, and made sure everything went smoothly. She was VERY professional, friendly, and courteous. I was a little disappointed when I first arrived by not bring greeted and my 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, but I refuse to go anywhere else. More

Poor service and not knowledgeable Poor service no follow up calls unless initiated for status on you’re car. Technicians didn’t fix the issue on the car they removed feature. Manager a Poor service no follow up calls unless initiated for status on you’re car. Technicians didn’t fix the issue on the car they removed feature. Manager also took 4 days to test drive vehicle. After you pick up you’re car with this experience nothing makes you feel safe in you’re vehicle. More

Customer Service was less than expected We all get busy but at least do what you say you will do when you say you are going to do it. Overall experience was not promising. Follow up with We all get busy but at least do what you say you will do when you say you are going to do it. Overall experience was not promising. Follow up with me was atrocious. No one wanted to help but quick to put me on hold or pass to someone else to be placed on hold or even hung up on multiple times. If this happened just one day I would have understood. This happened every day for 5 days. I would not recommend based upon the lack of the entire departments willingness to help. Eventually the service manager called after several days. At that point, my questions were resolved. More
