All work not accomplished as requested Took the vehicle in to have a recall item accomplished. In addition, had requested an oil change and tire rotation but neither were accomplished. Had also requested some trim items be installed which were with the vehicle. All of this was entered by the service advisor but not accomplished. When I attempted to contact the dealership, I was placed on hold for such an excessive amount of time, I finally just gave up. Picked up the vehicle with none of the others requested items accomplished. More

Recall repair When I placed my appointment the young lady I spoke with was very unprofessional. She was having a conversation about something not related to work w When I placed my appointment the young lady I spoke with was very unprofessional. She was having a conversation about something not related to work with people on the background. I dropped my car off at 7:45 am and was told the repair would be 2-3 hours to complete the repair. I called to follow up 6 hours later and was told, we will call you when it is done. After never receiving a call back, I called at 5:00 pm and was advised my car would be ready by 6pm also the timr they closed. It took them 11 hours to do the repair and I never received one phone call from them. More
