As perfect as auto repair can be When I first made my phone call to the Paulding Dodge dealership, I have been trying for over a month to get in with Ed Voyles dodge. After not Gettin When I first made my phone call to the Paulding Dodge dealership, I have been trying for over a month to get in with Ed Voyles dodge. After not Getting any kind of answers or personal help from them, the Paulding Dodge dealership was able to get me an appointment at a time that was convenient for me within a few days. Everyone that I worked with there was absolutely the height of professionalism and generosity. Their waiting area is incredibly comfortable with complementary drinks and snacks. Everything was clean and I felt like it was not a burden to hang out and enjoy your book and a coffee there. Stefan helped me, and kept me informed every step of the way. When my car was ready to go, he had given me a car wash and vacuum free of charge. With service like this, I don’t mind driving 30 minutes out of the Marietta area. I will definitely be back for my next Scheduled maintenance. More

Not happy Truck was overheating so I took it in water pump went bad and was replaced less than 1000 miles later, a connection was leaking. A connection that fee Truck was overheating so I took it in water pump went bad and was replaced less than 1000 miles later, a connection was leaking. A connection that feeds into the water pump had cracked an the tuck overheated again. Bring it back in and was charged $800. How was it not caught during inspection after the work was performed? They have no idea. So the multi point inspection is useless. The line is attached to a part paulding dodge replaced, they are the only people that have been under the hood because after the work was done I was sent to New York for half a month. Repair didn’t last, won’t take responsibility. Then had the audacity to send me an email about buying another vehicle from them the same day. Find another service provider. More
