Only did one star because you can’t proceed with no stars. Not my first bad experience here and only came in because of a free oil change I was owed. I wasn’t there which is a good thing for w stars. Had a good experience but waiting around for 2 1/2 hours with an appointment just for my first oil change was way too long. Why have an appointment if you still have to wait that long.
