Had jeep towed to dealership on Saturday evening because it wouldn't start. Tow driver left it with assumption would put key in drop box. I called Monday morning to make sure that had my car but had to leav it wouldn't start. Tow driver left it with assumption would put key in drop box. I called Monday morning to make sure that had my car but had to leave a message .Nobody called back. Called late in the afternoon and had to leave a message. Luckily my neighbor works for Chrysler and was able to get someone to call me back. Apparently tow driver locked the key in the car so they did not know anything about my car which is why I was calling all day. I took them a key Monday late. Skip forward to Thursday afternoon and they blame the problem on a aftermarket wiring issue which blew a fuse. Robert did not know what fuse or where the issue originated from. He said he would have the tech that worked on it call me the next day to explain because he was clueless. Never got that call. He sends me a text to ask if I was satisfied with their service. I asked him about that call with the tech and he asks me what do you want to talk about. Again, I explained I want to know what supposedly caused this issue if it was in fact a wiring problem that I need to fix so it doesn't happen again. This is my wife's Jeep and she got left stranded. Crickets!!! havent heard from him since. $180 fix for a .50 cent fuse. They may have a fancy new building but service always sucks here. Just my opinion More
