They never diagnosed anything..the solution was get a new engine on a 4 year old car. The invoice explained it could be a cracked cylinder head or head casket, how is either or a definitive answer? Took it to another mechanic, he explained that your dealership took belts off and didn't put them back.. Air conditioning was working fine before I let your service dept look at it. My car blows hot air now.. This was the worst experience I had with any service dept. The service advisor didn't give a xxxx after I told him that I was going to go another route.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to your dealership for even a drink of water.. More
