The service department needs to work on their communication with the customer. I was happy with the work that was done but I had a car with the Ford dealer across the street at the same time and communication with the customer. I was happy with the work that was done but I had a car with the Ford dealer across the street at the same time and they texted me every other day to keep me posted on the progress and I had to call this service department multiple times and I was unable to get anyone and they said they would call me back but only called me when it was ready to pick up which was 3 months after I dropped it off. That's way too long to not hear anything about your car. More
