Set an appointment there was an initial delay before I was attended too. But once he service representative showed up everything went smoothly. I will never use service dept. again. I dropped My mega cab the night before for a 3 hour repair. When I called the next day, just before closing, was told it wouldn’t be ready. While explaining my disappointment to John, he told me that they were not wanting to service my vehicles anymore. Never been treated so poorly by any dealership ever, unbelievable! More

The overall service for my recall went great! This was my first time at the dealership. The quality of work and communication were great! However, picking up my vehicle was pretty haphazard and stressful. first time at the dealership. The quality of work and communication were great! However, picking up my vehicle was pretty haphazard and stressful. It was roughly 30-45 minutes of about 3 guys searching for my Jeep between both car lots. I appreciated them bringing it through the car wash once it was found, but we really needed to leave, so that held us up even more. Once they brought it to the bays, they had to jockey around a handful of vehicles and we were way late for what we needed to do, so I hopped in myself and left to save time. What I thought would be a 5-10 minute process of being handed my keys and happily driving away, ended up being 45 minutes to get out of the door. Everything before that was excellent though! You, Kevin, and Glenn did a great job at assuring me the vehicle would be found quickly. If I were to bring in my vehicle for future service, I would greatly appreciate the pickup process being smoothed out. Maybe have a closer lot for same-day pickups? All in all, everything was great up until pickup. More
Ignored and forgotten seem to be the themes of my visits to this service department. On this visit I was led to believe the service department was ordering a back ordered part for my Jeep’s sunroof. I becam to this service department. On this visit I was led to believe the service department was ordering a back ordered part for my Jeep’s sunroof. I became concerned when it had been 3 weeks and I had not been contacted by anyone. When I called for an update I learned that nothing had been done for my Jeep and the part had not been ordered. I canceled the repair and requested my Jeep back so I can get it fixed somewhere else. Soon after receiving the Jeep back I’ve noticed that the hood is now damaged and does not open/close properly. This is unacceptable negligence and I will never return to this dealership. I also submitted a formal complaint to Chrysler/Doge/Jeep about this dealership. More
