Brought my Jeep into service center on a Thursday with check engine light on. Waited 1 to 2 hours. Then went to pick up the car on Friday and waited a half hour. Did not drive until Tuesday and the li check engine light on. Waited 1 to 2 hours. Then went to pick up the car on Friday and waited a half hour. Did not drive until Tuesday and the light was on again. So the problem was not the battery. Stopped again on Tuesday after my dialysis appointment and sat again for 2 hours while your "big guy" so the service rep said looked at it. Finally went to the service manager and told him that enough was enough and we would take it to Service Street because I wanted to go home and lay down after the 4 hour dialysis treatment. Ten minutes later a young girl came and got us and showed us to our car saying that it was ready. Asked her what was wrong and she said a defective gas cap. Our service guy, Robert, or the service manager did not have the _____, to talk to us. They sent a girl that is usually on one of your phones. They did not even leave a print out of the trouble or the work done to fix it. Just because it was no charge does not mean you do not give me a receipt for future reference. Actually I would appreciate a receipt mailed to my home. Thank you. And by the way it was not real busy while we were there. I THINK I KNOW WHY!!! More
