Well I dropped my car off in the morning because I had to be at work. They had no pen or anything to write with at the drop off box. I did get a call saying they were checking the car in for my appointment a be at work. They had no pen or anything to write with at the drop off box. I did get a call saying they were checking the car in for my appointment at 7:45am. Didn't hear anything untill about 4:30-5pm saying they were done with the car. Which was folate for me to pick it up. And when I went to pick up the car the 160$ diagnostic fee (which is higher then the other dealerships by 30$) wasn't enough they had to add a 16$ misc. Fee that the guy told me was for tools...? What kinda crap is that? I don't go to McDonald's and order a hamburger meal for 5$ then they charge me 2$ extra to use the grill... Tools are apart of the trade. To be real honest I don't trust this place to work on a car. They damaged my Jeep Renegade about year and half ago then blamed it on me. But to be back on track they didn't test drive the car. They said the turbos bad.and quoted me about 2600-2800$ to fix it. The turbo it self costing about 1100$. And I asked how they figured it was the turbo? Was told the turbine was loose scoring the inside of it causing damage. I asked about the boost leak and they sad that's what's causing it. So now I have to go to another dealership and hopefully get a straight answer from them. More
