I wish I could give zero stars. This is the first time out of 4 Messages requesting a survey that the link actually worked. I came in with a broken radio. Your service guy Cain told me the radio replaceme out of 4 Messages requesting a survey that the link actually worked. I came in with a broken radio. Your service guy Cain told me the radio replacement would be here within a couple of days. It ended up taking a week. Not that big of a deal, if I had known it would take longer than just a couple of days. When we dropped off my vehicle, we let him know how frustrating it was to think that the radio would be done within a couple of days when it was really over a week. Cain was very dismissive and had horrible customer service skills. So after speaking to the manager, they offered to give me a free oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. Of course, my airbag sensor has been going off since they diagnosed my radio but no one wants to take any responsibility for that… But now after a tire rotation, my jeep needs an alignment. It is wobbly and shaking and not driving the same way as before. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from your dealership. I have already written online reviews, I do not support your business, and you have lost my business.All Cain wanted was his commission check before Christmas. Very sad. More
