Until I picked up my car, I felt that the Service Dept. had done a good job. John Frazier made attempts to obtain a part but to no avail. However, that changed when I picked up my car. Very dissapointed... I purchased a new vehicle that was pre-wired for trailer lights. Figured I would use it in the future. I did need to utilize trailer lights after the warranty was over. Turns out th pre-wired for trailer lights. Figured I would use it in the future. I did need to utilize trailer lights after the warranty was over. Turns out the trailer lights work unless I take it back to the dealer and pay a fee to have the trailer lights "turned on". Silly me for assuming the wiring would work without getting stiffed for an extra fee. I paid the 88 bucks and it turns out the lights did not work properly. So I was told that I would have to pay an additional 160 bucks just to find out what was done wrong at the factory. Very frustrating that the vehicle will not perform as purchased without having to pony up more money for senseless things that should be working when the vehicle was purchased. Obviously the problem existed when it was purchased since the computer was never programmed to allow the trailer lights to work. More
